### "The bot doesn't respond"

* Make sure you typed the **`/pin`** command before the URL
* Check the Pinterest URL is valid (starts with `pinterest.com/pin/` or `pin.it/`)
* Tap **Start** if you haven't activated the bot

### "The bot ignores my message in a group"

In groups, you must use `/pin@sortpin_bot` (with the @ mention). Without it, the bot won't see your message.

### "The video has no audio"

Some Pinterest videos are uploaded as silent files (animated GIFs converted to MP4). If the original has no sound, neither will the download.

### "Can I download from private boards via the bot?"
